How much do you charge?

We offer three service options: On-Site Support at $99 per hour (we come to you), Pick-up & Diagnostic at $59 flat fee (we collect, diagnose, and quote — no obligation), and Remote Support at $49 per 30 minutes. No hidden fees, no surprises.

When do I actually pay?

You pay after the work is completed. For on-site visits, payment is taken when we’re done. For pick-up jobs, you pay when we return your computer with the diagnosis. We never ask for payment upfront.

Are there any call-out fees?

No call-out fees within our service area. For on-site visits, you only pay for the time we spend working on your computer.

My computer is really slow — can you fix that?

Absolutely. Slow computers are one of the most common things we help with. It’s often caused by too many startup programs, low memory, or an old hard drive. We can clean things up, add more RAM, or install a faster SSD.

My printer won’t connect or print — can you help?

Yes! Printer problems are very common, especially with wireless printers. We sort out drivers, Wi-Fi connections, and get everything talking to each other again.
