$59 diagnostic fee is payable when we return your computer with the diagnosis. Card, Cash, or Afterpay.
Remote Support
Secure invoice sent after the session is complete.
After-Hours & Emergency
After 6pm weekdays · After 1pm Saturdays · Sundays & Public Holidays
Parts quoted separately on a case-by-case basis for hardware repairs.

Common Pricing Questions
Are there any call-out fees?
No call-out fees within our service area. For on-site visits, you only pay for the time we spend working on your computer.
When do I pay?
You pay after the work is completed. For on-site visits, payment is taken when we're done. For pick-up jobs, you pay when we return your computer with the diagnosis. We never ask for payment upfront.
What if the repair needs parts?
Parts are quoted separately. We'll always discuss costs with you before ordering anything, so there are no surprises.
