Jeremy from Fixoid has been a huge help to me over the past few months. I'm not very computer savvy, but he made everything simple and easy to understand. He helped me set up a Dell OptiPlex desktop with Linux (KDE Neon) because I didn't want to use Windows 11 anymore. I was a bit unsure at first, but Jeremy took the time to show me how everything works and made sure I was comfortable using it. It's been running really well and I'm very happy with it. He also set up my printer and scanner so everything worked properly, even without the usual Windows software, and showed me how to use it. On top of that, he helped me with things like downloading music and putting it onto a USB so I can listen to it on my motorbike. More recently, he helped keep my system secure by updating it for a known issue, which gave me peace of mind. Jeremy is very patient, explains things clearly, and doesn't rush the job. If you need help with computer repairs, Linux setup, Windows 11 issues, or general tech support, I highly recommend him.

After a printer configuration issue I had couldn't be resolved by a well known IT support company, I tried Fixoid. I'm glad I did. When I explained the issue, Jeremy did some pre-appointment planning to prepare himself. My printer issue has now been fixed. I would highly recommend Fixoid for all your computing and IT needs.

Found Fixoid to be efficient in taking care of my computer and updating the system. Did data retrieval from failing solid state drive to new one. Changed over from Windows to Linux and took me through a tutorial as to how to use the new system. Connected the printer and set it up as part of the tutorial. Jeremy was a wealth of information and displayed that no issue was to much for him.
